A number of Jordanian MPs withdrew from the morning session of the House of Representatives on Tuesday in protest against the speech of Jordanian Interior Minister Ghaleb Al-Zu’bi on the incident of the Israeli Embassy.
A number of deputies called for boycotting the morning session after the Jordanian minister Zu’bi’s speech and they said that ” it did not rise to the reaction of the Jordanian street.”
After the word of the Speaker of the Representatives House , Zu’bi said that what happened in the building of the Israeli embassy is a “crime”. He added that the Jordanian young man was the one who beat the Israeli employee with the “screwdriver”, which caused the employee to shoot the occupants.
He stressed that the government will provide the Council with the results of the investigations as soon as they are completed.
